Learn about members’ current research projects and share information on your own project in this new interactive breakout session. Guest Research Speaker Richard Gershon, PhD, Associate Professor, Vice Chair for Research, Department of Medical Social Sciences, Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, will be present to lead a dialogue on measurement instruments and theories used to assess patient reported health status.

Choose from industry-sponsored workshops. These workshops provide a unique, first-hand opportunity to learn from expert faculty on products and services. These workshops are not presented, endorsed, or otherwise sanctioned by the AOFAS and no CME credit will be awarded for participation.

CPT® Coding of Foot and Ankle Procedures

Thursday, June 21: 3:00 – 5:00 pm (snack provided)
Fee: $85 by May 31; $95 after May 31 if space available
 
Bring your most challenging surgical cases to discuss effective and appropriate coding methods, specific to foot and ankle disorders. This interactive program is designed to provide an understanding of how to maximize your returns for effort spent – through better coding. Actual foot and ankle cases will be discussed and participants will be given opportunities to ask questions.

If you are you a resident, fellow, or young physician under 45, this session is for you. Come with questions and get great answers! Hear from others about their experiences in starting practice, what they wish they had known, and lessons learned. Get information on AOFAS opportunities and how to get involved. This “give and take” forum includes a networking reception.
