1. Log into the AOFAS OnDemand Education Center using your AOFAS website credentials.

2. Go to the "Course" tab.

3. Complete the course evaluation and submit the number of credits you are claiming.

4. Download your CME/CE certificate.

The American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (AOFAS) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. AOFAS designates this live activity for a maximum of 14.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
