The AOFAS Basic and Advanced Minimally Invasive Surgery Training Course returns in 2027 on April 16-17, 2027, at the Science Care Lab in Long Beach, California. The course offers both didactic and cadaveric training in foot and ankle MIS techniques.

Space is limited to give each attendee a personalized lab experience. Each attendee will receive their own specimen, and the faculty ratio is 1 faculty to 2 attendees.
